How to crimp RJ45 connector?

There are two norms EIA TIA 568A and 568B. Look at picture.

Sure.. You need to know how to create (in the world without cable type auto detection) crossover cables ;)

These two pictures are not about cross cables. These are just two norms for non-cross cable connection. When you need to create cross cable check this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethernet_crossover_cable

There is another (cross) wire connection. And i have always classic and cross cable in my bag because you never know ;-)
